To add http://www.ocdc.net as a trusted site do the following. 

Internet Explorer 8 & 9 - open Internet Explorer, and then click on Tools, Internet Options from the menu.  Then select Trusted Sites, Sites, and Add http://www.ocdc.net to the list of Websites. You will need to uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone." to be able to add http://www.odc.net.   Select Close.  Then try to for the job again.
