What We Do
We prepare children for school.
We do so by focusing on early childhood care and education and teacher development.
We promote economic opportunities for families and communities.
We do so by providing services to families and communities that support the workforce and, in turn, state and local economies.
We partner and collaborate.
We do so by reaching out to state and local service providers and key stakeholders.
We practice inclusiveness.
We do so by embracing children and families’ cultural uniqueness for the richness that it brings to services and communities.
The Oregon Child Development Coalition will be a model of excellence for child and family development while demonstrating its value for each child, family, community partner and employee through respect, teamwork, accountability, mutual success, service excellence, open and honest communication, and cultural and linguistic inclusiveness.
