In the fall of 2005, a diverse group of the organization’s leadership, management, staff and volunteers met to explore and identify the Oregon Child Development Coalition’s strategic direction over the next several years. This plan serves as the master plan to assist in developing operational plans both administratively and at the local level. This plan sets out expectations and targets for the Oregon Child Development Coalition, with annual evaluations conducted by the Board of Directors, the statewide Policy Council and the Executive Management Team.
