Announcement: Open Board of Directors position
OCDC has an open board member position for someone with a background in banking and/or finance. If you or someone you know is interested in serving on OCDC’s Board of directors or to learn more, please contact Executive Director, Donalda Dodson at donalda.dodson@ocdc.net.
The Board member has responsibility for fiduciary and policy aspects of OCDC and conducts its governance in conjunction with the Policy Councils in accordance with the articles of Corporation and Head Start Guidelines. The Board of Directors will demonstrate a commitment to the goals and objectives of OCDC. The member serves as governing body for the Oregon Child Development Coalition for Coordinated Child Care, Inc. (OCDC), a nonprofit corporation established to assist low-income families, especially migrant families. The Board will act in accordance with Head Start, Health Services laws and guidelines.
